This activity allows you to begin to track details about your anxieties.
You can make notes on all the elements which added to your anxiety. These can be big things like the trigger that set off the anxiety, or smaller details such as the weather was bad, you hadn’t had enough sleep, etc.
There is space for you to write the strategies that you used to try and help you stop feeling anxious, or if you feel like you didn’t do anything to help you can consider what you could have done.
Finally, there is space for you to write what you had done regarding this event that made you feel proud. It is really important that we try to focus on what we are doing well, even when looking at a situation that had not gone as well as we would have hoped.
