These are not guaranteed to work every time, or for every occasion, however when we get wrapped up in our anxieties it can be very difficult to see a way out. Having a list of different strategies to try when you start to feel anxious can really help distract the mind.
Rotate through the options to find one you feel would work well for you, or spin the wheel to select a random one to try.
In the Customise screen you can enable and disable the default entries by tapping on them. You can also add, edit and delete your personal ones.
